What's a tool call?

One action an agent takes in a connected system: searching a Slack channel, opening a GitHub pull request, querying a Stripe payment. Each one is policy-checked before it runs and recorded in a signed audit trail.

50,000 tool calls a month are included. It's not a hard cap: we're setting real limits with the first teams, so overage is fair use while we do.
